Description
Very early, from the first days of age, the foal starts to be interested in the solid food distributed to its mother. The time spent grazing increases significantly between one week and five months of age, from 8% to 50%. Durant During this transitional period, when the foal moves from a milk diet (consumption of 15 L of milk per day at one week of age) to a solid diet, a series of digestive and particularly enzymatic changes take place in order to become a full-fledged herbivore.
ACTIFOAL H.P is a complementary feed based on skimmed milk, whey, soya cake, essential amino acids (lysine & methionine), vitamins, trace elements and minerals essential for the foal's growth.
ACTIFOAL H.P provides optimum support for the foal's transition to a solid diet. It can be distributed from 2 months of age.
