Gutter and pipe frost protection heating cable
The plug-in heating cable, designed for gutters and pipes, meets the requirements of resistance class M2 according to IEC60800:2009 to keep gutters and pipes frost-free.
With its high heating power of 20 watts per meter, the heating cable keeps gutters, downspouts and pipes frost-free, even at very low temperatures.
The integrated thermostat switches the heating cable on reliably at a temperature of +3 °C and off at +12 °C.

Note:
Make sure that each heating cable connection is protected with its own earth leakage circuit breaker. (e.g. ref. 296099, plug-in earth leakage switch)
The heating cable must be protected from sharp edges, e.g. between a gutter and a down pipe, by using a special protection (ref. 296098).
The heating cable must not overlap, cross or come into contact with a second heating cable. In order to avoid any contact, we recommend the use of a suitable spacer (ref. 296097).
For safety reasons, ground all pipes, metal gutters, protective tubes and metal sheaths before installation.
