The Magnetic Stable Boots Recuptex resting gaiters offer a simple and safe alternative to bandages to protect and support the horse's resting limbs. These gaiters combine 21st century textile technology in an anatomically shaped gaiter, incorporating a breathable underband designed from a smart material called Recuptex. The breathable neoprene outer fabric ensures freedom of movement while the sturdy Velcro straps provide a secure, rapide and easy fit.
Based on Bekaert's BEKINOX® technology*, the Recuptex is made of stainless steel fibers woven directly into the material. The fabric forms a Faraday cage that reflects the magnetic fields created by the body. It then acts as an electromagnetic shield that blocks the waves and interferences. This helps to stimulate blood circulation and oxygen flow to reduce swelling and inflammation but also heals micro-fractures more rapide. Ideal for treating horses with chronic arthritis and tendon problems, the gaiter accelerates the recovery process in a naturally protective environment. The Recuptex underband and neoprene gaiter can be machine washed at 30° (not tumble dried), without diminishing their effectiveness or performance.
