Description
This Eggbutt snaffle has a hollow mouthpiece, which makes it very light. Hollow bits are wider in the mouth, which means they put even pressure on the bars and lips. The Eggbutt snaffle has fixed cheeks, which can be useful for horses that are unsure of the bit, as it moves less in the mouth. A single joint in the center puts pressure on the outside of the tongue, lips and mouth bars and creates a nutcracker action that can have a lifting effect in the front.
Made of stainless steel, the most commonly used material for horse bits, it is durable, easy to clean, tasteless and will not rust. It is an excellent all-around bit that is suitable for many horses.

Care Instructions
To promote good hygiene and protect the longevity of your horse bit, we recommend the following care regimen after each use.
1. Rinse your bit after each use under a faucet to remove any saliva or debris from the surface.
2. Use a sponge or soft cloth to wipe any excess debris from the bit, paying particular attention to the joints and hinges.
3. Allow to dry naturally.
