Description

3 effects double break bit in soft iron with alloy rhombus Premier Equine

The Bevel bit allows for slight leverage and offers a bit more control, promoting responsiveness and correct head carriage. The double-jointed blue soft iron mouthpiece with brass pad offers a higher level of comfort in the horse's mouth as it prevents lip and mouth bar pinching while reducing the nutcracker action of a single-jointed bit.

The blue soft iron oxidizes easily, creating a warm feeling and sweet taste in the horse's mouth, helping him accept the bit. Please note that the blue color will fade with use, which is normal.

Measurements
According to our size guide, the A and B measurements of this bit are as follows:
4.5" - A=15mm & B=55mm
5" & 5.5" - A=15mm & B=65mm

Blue soft iron horse bits...
Blue soft iron bits oxidize easily, creating a warm, sweet taste in the horse's mouth, causing him to salivate. Some horses often prefer the warm feeling of soft iron over stainless steel which is naturally cooler. This makes soft iron bits ideal for sensitive horses or horses that need to be encouraged to put the bit in their mouth and accept it.

Pair your bevel bit with one of our anatomical bridles.

For health and hygiene reasons, this bit is not returnable if removed from the model.

Technical details

  • Bit strength: Slight
