The Shagreen helmet represents the high-end version of the Premium helmet. The headband and triangle are matching in Shagreen leather. Its timeless design adds to the comfort of a breathable helmet. Complying with European and American standards, it allows the rider to ride in complete safety. The Eclipse visor adds an elegant and chic finish to the helmet. Its size, wider than a classic visor, protects you from the sun during your riding sessions in the arena or outdoors. The strass on the visor adds a touch of sparkle.

The Galuchat collection is the high-end version of the helmets in the Premium collection, made of a band of Galuchat leather and a matching triangle.

Personalisation of your helmet Antarès

If you wish, you can change the colours of the straps, headband, and triangle of this model to have a unique helmet. In its classic version, its elements are chromed. It's up to you to choose your helmet customisation colours based on your preferences!

Composition of your Premium Galuchat Eclipse strass riding helmet

The shell

The outer shell of the helmet is made of ABS. Its role is to disperse the energy of the impact across the surface of the helmet. When your helmet hits an object, the shell distributes the shockwave by dissipating it. Rigid and light, it is known for its great resistance to scratches.

The comfort liner

Made of EPS (expanded polystyrene), it absorbs the energy from the impact by contracting. The comfort liner thus becomes much denser. Its density varies according to the sizes of our helmets. To observe the effects of an impact on the comfort liner, check our blog post.

The vents

Its 4 front vents and 2 rear extractors provide a good airflow. Thermal regulation is therefore improved.

The retention system

The harness ensures a secure fit of the helmet on the rider's head. It consists of 3 points. The Y-shaped design of the attachment system is positioned at further points, which reduces the helmet's rotation. The straps are made of nylon and the buckles are made of POM.

The helmet pads

In contact with the rider's head, the high-quality foams allow for a perfect fit of your riding helmet and optimal comfort. Whether your head shape is round or oval, they will conform to your morphology. Removable, these internal pads can be regularly taken out and cleaned to maintain the cleanliness of the helmet. Made in Italy, they are breathable, OEKO-TEX® certified, and washable by hand in warm water.

The Eclipse visor

The Eclipse visor is designed for a female clientele. Very trendy and elegant, it is inspired by women's hats. It protects female riders from the sun while asserting their femininity. The wide visor has been designed to protect the skin from the sun and outdoor climate aggressions without hindering the wide field of vision essential for any discipline. The European standard EN1384-2023 stipulates the flexibility of the visor when a load is applied to it. This is to prevent it from breaking and injuring the rider. The visor of Antarès helmets is therefore intentionally flexible. In case of deformation, it can be manually reshaped to regain its original form.

The helmet bag is ideal for protecting and easily transporting your helmet. It is designed with meticulous details, featuring a large central pocket and a big zipper to facilitate the storage of the helmet.
