Product composed exclusively of active ingredients. The selected raw materials all have properties that contribute to the expected effectiveness:
- Laurel oil: nourishing and moisturizing, maintains suppleness and stimulates horn growth. It prevents dryness and reduces seams. Its sanitizing properties help keep hooves strong, supple, healthy and resistant.
- Castor oil: soothing action for the perioplic pad and crown.

Effects of dry hoof ointment
EKIN Dry Hoof Ointment prevents seime formation and horn splitting. A horse's hoof is naturally moist, and transpiration by osmosis ensures continuous hydration through the seasons.
The ointment maintains the natural elasticity of the horn, preserving the hoof's evapotranspiration. It also forms a protective film against the chemical agents of urine under the sole.
Directions for use
- Brush a thin layer onto the hoof, fork, sole and glomes once a week, and massage into the crown to increase vascularization of the main pad and horn growth.
