Our new mixed low-consumption UV lamp Eco vital 70 W stands out for its reduced electricity consumption while providing similar power to traditional models. Its compact size also makes it suitable for small terrariums. With this lamp, one is enough to provide the ideal amount of light, heat, and UVA and UVB rays. Using the lamp promotes the synthesis of vitamin D3 and prevents metabolic diseases - particularly rickets. No ballast is needed. The 70 W UV lamp, particularly useful for tropical reptiles, delivers an optimal dose of UVB (100 µW/cm² for example) at a distance of +/- 35 cm from the animal.
