These exercise bandages can be used alone or with the LeMieux sub-bandages for extra protection.
- Machine washable up to 30 degrees.
- It is recommended to wash them in a wash bag
- A wash pad/cap can be used.
- Make sure all velcro is securely fastened before washing.
- Air dry, away from any heat source, never tumble dry.
