Horse and pony > 1.35 m:
Pre-effort: administer 1 or 1⁄2 syringe 1 to 2h before competition and also the day before if necessary.
Post-effort: administer 1 or 1⁄2 syringe after effort and the next day if necessary.
Pony < 1.35 m and foal under 12 months: same recommendations, halving dosages.
