Description
Essential substrate for creating a natural environment requiring high hygrometry. Peat's acidity (PH 5-6) limits bacterial growth, even at 90% humidity. However, peat cannot be used to nourish natural plants, so add a little potting soil at the foot of the plant. Peat can also be used as an incubation substrate for reptile eggs. It can also be placed on a draining substrate (on top of clay balls).
