1st use: incubation of eggs for lizards, snakes, amphibians, insects (crickets, etc.).
2nd use: in a natural environment requiring high humidity (75% to 90%), it serves as a drainage underlay. The second layer is often composed of peat.
3rd use: for orchid planting.
