Terra Sunlight 10.0 Reptiles-Planet fluorescent tubes emit high levels of UVB (e.g. 75 W/cm² at 30 cm), and standard UVA (75 W/cm² at 30 cm). They are designed for lizards and turtles living in desert or dry tropical regions (savannahs). In deserts and open spaces, reptiles receive UV rays directly (without the filter of the canopy). The UVB rays contained in Terra Sunlight 10.0 will help your reptiles photosynthesize provitamin D3. UVA rays bring physiological well-being to animals, limiting stress and promoting feeding and reproduction. UVA helps your pet to "see better" and therefore to feel less stressed.
