By adding an airbag liner Airsafe sold separately, this women's Privilège Equitation Airsafe sleeveless riding vest becomes an Airbag vest for riding.
The AIRSAFE jackets give you all the elegance and safety you need for your competitions (with the AIRSAFE show jacket) or training (with softshell jackets or sleeveless vests). Its airbag lining has been specially developed by Privilège Equitation to protect you in the event of a fall (neck spine coccyx chest pelvis). The designs of the AIRSAFE jackets and the extreme elasticity of the fabrics have been studied to ensure optimum inflation of the airbag in 0123 seconds (to within 001 or 002 seconds, depending on atmospheric conditions, pressure, temperature, etc.), whereas the average time between the moment when the rider is unstuck and contact with the ground in the event of a fall is around 02 seconds - the jacket will therefore be deployed well before touching the ground! The vest is traditionally attached to the saddle by two straps: the first hooks onto the stirrup leathers and has a ring in the middle. The second is attached to a compressed-air cartridge, itself linked to the first by a snap hook. The AIRSAFE liner fits all AIRSAFE jackets, so you can use it with either the competition jackets or the softshell jacket or sleeveless vest! The trigger passes through the jacket via a discreet slot and attaches to the saddle in the classic way. The airbag liner attaches to the jacket via 2 front zips and 5 snaps around the neck. The jacket closes with a zipper.
