Description

Hunting collar for horse Premier Equine Norbello

Sumptuously soft and very durable, it's perfect for everyday school, long days of riding or even competitions. This bib attaches to your saddle's D-rings and girth. It is easy to put on and adjust at the shoulder, girth and D-rings, allowing you to optimize the fit to your horse's individual needs.

A padded chest protector distributes pressure across the horse's forehead, improving comfort. Adjustable martingale straps are attached with a secure buckle, which means this breastplate can also be used to help keep your horse's head at a controllable height. This great breastplate is suitable for cavaliers of all levels.

Why use breastplates for horses?

Breastplates are typically used to keep the saddle in the right place and prevent it from sliding backwards. They distribute pressure evenly over the withers and chest, minimizing discomfort for your horse. This breastplate has a removable martingale that can be passed through the reins and used to prevent your horse from lifting his head too much.

Pair your hunter breastplate with one of our bridles and reins.

Care instructions

To maximize the life of your breastplate and avoid stains, we strongly recommend that you care for the leather after each use.

1. Use warm water on a damp cloth or soft sponge to gently remove dust, dirt and grease from the surface. Be sure to focus on the areas around the buckles and the main points of contact with your horse.

2. We recommend conditioning the leather with a soap/cream sparingly, taking care to rub gently and in a circular motion until all product has been absorbed.

3. Using a clean cloth, wipe excess soap/cream from the surface.

4. Allow the leather to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area away from any direct heat source.
